From 2 November 2026 Amazon requires sellers in its enhanced-safety categories to carry at least USD 1 million in commercial liability cover from the first sale, removing the USD 10,000 monthly gross proceeds trigger. Children’s products, cosmetics and ingestibles, and lithium battery products are in scope on the US marketplace.
