Amazon now sells a paid Sub Same-Day tier to sellers, so delivery speed depends on where your stock sits.

Amazon has introduced a paid Sub Same-Day delivery tier, reported on 30 August 2026, sitting above standard same-day fulfilment and charged to sellers. It only works where stock already sits close to the customer, and German shoppers still rank reliable delivery above speed, 36 per cent against 31.
